ARCHIVE: PAST EVENT: BREAKING THROUGH: 29/06/04
This summer Aik Saath is hosting a conference in Slough called Breaking Through: Young People & Conflict Resolution in the UK. This event symbolises an effort to bring together those who engage in conflict resolution with young people and the young people themselves, in an environment where ideas and techniques can be shared. We are working to ensure that the day will have something for everyone so that a young person, new to the field of conflict resolution will leave feeling more supported, more informed and more likely to continue their involvement in their respective project or set a positive example in their school or young people's centre. At the same time, we are hopeful that a practitioner with experience in this field will come away feeling that they too have learnt something.
The event will take place on 29 th June 2004, at the Centre, Farnham Road, Slough, SL1 4UT.
