Team Building

We also aim to have fun and reward the young people for all their hard work, as well as try to build to a better understanding amongst group members. Therefore throughout the year we arrange team-building days out. From go carting to paint balling. We all have a great time and it is a great way to get to know each other better.

On the 28th May the team went out to the Frontier Center at Irthlingborough to take part in the challenge and the high ropes course….. It definitely was a challenge!

Raja doesn't look like he wants to go in again!		Eager to finish...	End of the day. Can't wait to get home!
Together as one!	Will he make it to the top?	Mo has just realized that he has a fear of heights!!	Jes looks as free as a bird.	AND HE'S GOT IT!

On the 21st Feb Aik Saath went on their first team day out of the year to Reading, to go Go-Carting.
