Team
Building
We also aim to have fun and reward the young people for all their hard work,
as well as try to build to a better understanding amongst group members. Therefore
throughout the year we arrange team-building days out. From go carting to
paint balling. We all have a great time and it is a great way to get to know
each other better.
I think days out are very interesting and enjoyable for the members
of Aik Saath. I like the idea of having a break and enjoying ourselves.
